I was hoping you'd address how you felt your training plan (to eventually win this thing) was coming along.  Did these results validate the plan you are on?  Were they expected / unexpected, why, and to what degree?

Do you now feel you need to make changes, and if so, what might they be?

OK, so what method(s) are you using to progress?  That would be a cool future podcast (your training in general), unless you're just throwing darts -- "I'm in the mood to work on reloads while moving today"

I'm curious about the calculator approach to stage planning being an engineer and all. Closest I'll come is estimating my hit factor and deciding whether to engage drop turners.
