Dewalt 18V put up a lot of stages recently.

El Prez and variations got me pretty far. Start stapling up no-shoots, vary the distance, put up a barricade, use two shooting boxes, etc.

So I just tried that GM test drill. I highly recommend it. I wasn't able to do it shooting with iron sights, the closest I got was 2 Charlies but then a mike on the head shot. I was always within the time, but I just dropped too many points. I'm going to do it some more the next time I go to the range.

GM test looks fun. Will definitely do it my next range trip.

I usually run it 10 times one way to get an average, then change it to do a "new" drill and run it 10 more times.
The "new" drill could be running it right to left instead of left to right.

He has been dry firing for about an half hour a day for the last year, took a class from Tactical Performance Center, and has a GM training him every day. ;)

Shot a kind of interesting thing yesterday. 2 turtles at 20 yds. Draw, 2 on each freestyle reload 2 on each SHO. Times between 4.93 and 6.91, not counting the one with a totally blown reload (8.18).

The interesting thing was that I actually shot better HFs when I focused not on shooting A's, but rather just on gripping the gun hard and pressing the trigger straight back.

It is usually trigger not sights that is the problem at distance.
