What "weather" have you had it in?

Sunny, mid 70s.

I have nfi about the durability of the 3000 though they get tossed in buckets and abused at matches.

I was talking about the ced7000. It seems to stand up to light rain better than some. Timers with screen on top seem to get fucked in light rain. Anymore than that and I go home with the sniffles.

I use my pocket pro 2 all the time, daily for the last 3 years or so....mostly inside deyfire and once a week ir so for live fire, I like it.
I agree we need a good phone app for this, with a ghost feature so you can compare times with the "official" time.

Don't make it harder than it needs to be. Just get the DAA wrist adapter and enjoy the utility and reliability of the pocket pro with the convenience of the shotmaxx.

Don't need a phone app. The 7000 has ghost mode/spy mode.

Speaking of durability 4 timers in use at the range I visited yesterday (3x7000 and 1 7000 pro). It was a toasty 118 degrees!! All timers kept on trucking.

I've got a 7000 pro and all the trimmings in a ziplock if anyone needs a useless carcass.
