The paper cards were terrible quality anyway. Flat plastic cards with no mag strip are fairly cheap. Get them pre-printed with the USPSA logo and such, so that all you need to drop the member name/number and class info is a B&W card printer instead of the cost of 4-color film. Just need the color logo part pre-printed, leave the rest blank, even the signature, so there is room to change/add/delete divisions without needing new card-stock, and all the leftovers don't become trash once Foley's term limit is up.
Yes this would cost more than the paper ones that have essentially been done away with, so give members an option to buy it from the USPSA store, and stick an overlay in with it. I'd pay $5-10 shipping included for a well made card that wouldn't be destroyed by the corrosive A6 summer ass sweat in my wallet.
A USPSA app would also be an option, but lots of ranges are out in the boonies with terrible mobile coverage.

The plan in place is for all members to get a much nicer membership card, and the classifications to be online, with the printable version for the traditionalists, which we implemented last year. The weekly updates change the value of the card for both the member and the organization. The current USPSA members are transitional garbage.
