How is the election for the IPSC president run?  Is it voted on by RDs at the World Shoot or is it put to the members?

I'm not sure I like the idea of a German going to France hoping to take power.

You will receive a directive telling you how you voted 30 days ago.

An IPSC election is about as useful as a Somalian one. While Vince getting elected would be hilarious in a pathetic sort of way the guy already runs the place (with his three remaining brain cells).

I'm guessing the other guy won't be any better than the current one either.

The german guy gave a pretty nice speech to the EU guys during the eu gunban process, other than that I don't know who he is.

Well we already know he can string three words together without flying into a spittle fueled internet rant and witch hunt that would impress 13 year old Call of Duty players, so he's got that over Vince. That and it looks like he has enough heart to at least show up and defend a position of his in a public government forum.

Oh and for posterity's sake: Fuck Vince

Just a guess, any RD that is present can vote.  Any not present, or RD's that ceded their vote to proxy as a condition of their region being allowed to join all go to Vince.  Or Vince counts the votes and announces himself the winner.

Sources say that Vince is actually paying the other guy to run for Prez so that it doesn't look like it was rigged totally...appearance and all being upheld.

There is one vote on Global Village for our German champion, perhaps that is a sign.
