Tough stage, but always a fun match!
They usually have a tough, long distance stage on their rifle range... This was no exception... The targets were so close, that if you shot a bit high on a lower target, you got a mike on it and possibly an extra shot penalty on the target above it... I zeroed it.

Your math-fu sucks.
Zeroing a 160 point stage is a decent effort.
How many misses does that equate to?

I got the points from reading the stage description. :/
8 misses is quite a lot. More than half the 40 yard shots.

That stage with a par time would take some of the dickiness out of it and still have a similar effect on spreading the field.
That would have actually made it significantly more interesting. Play it safe and just get the freestyle points or go for broke and try and hang a few on there strong and weak too?

Your math-fu sucks because you couldn't figure out how many penalties it would take to zero the stage, not because you got led by the nose by the stage description.
Find your third grade teacher and punch her in the face for passing you.

And they said adding rifles to pistol matches wouldn't change the stage designs at all...
I hasn't changed mine.
...well one change. PCC start position is 'holstered, safety on'. Hey - it's your problem - you brought a rifle to a handgun match.
