10,000 hours? Ain't nobody got time for that.

Write a book called "Grand Master in 10 Minutes". That will be a best seller.

That book would be called "Bring a Shitload of Ammo and Dollars to a Special Classifier Match"...oh wait; that's already been done.

500,000? Only a mere 50 years of shooting, easy.

I'd be willing to bet that some very top level shooters here shoot over 300K a year....bet Steeger is one of them.

Counting dry-fire maybe, but its still a shitload. 300K+ is 1000 a day every day six days a week.

Frenchie once said that 100K wasn't even typical for him although he likes to troll with round count numbers.

Use the rules. Don't DQ someone who doesn't do anything DQable. -- Da Beard.

Either they're a terminator or you're probably thinking 30K, not 300K

Well he's been in Australia for 11 days now and has probably fired less than 2k in that time so he's going to have to catch up before he gets too far behind in 2018

There's been weekends where he's shot 5K just fucking around...I think.

Maybe 300K was a bit high....how about more like 175K?

Take someone like Ben.  He obviously enjoys training, I think more than competing.  Being able to enjoy the process is the key to being great at anything.

there's some value in this. if you don't enjoy practicing, it's harder to get gooder. However, unlike with more physical sports like cycling, it's easy to enjoy practice, but still practice wronglier. I am the poster child for this syndrome.

How about you shut your dirty whore mouth, or sweet t will show you what that hole is for......?

This is excuse-making..... "great shooters have so much more resources than I do, I can never be great". If you think like that (i.e. like a total pussy), then yes, you can never be great. or even very good.

I think you’re right. Ben probably just tells us he shoots less live fire than he actually does to sell more dry fire books. Clever marketing too... it got me to buy one...and the 50 scaled dry fire targets... and the shot timer.... and the set of dry fire mags... and dry fire reloaded. After I logged off the stoeger website to go buy my real ammo, all I could afford was a sample pack off the blue bullets website.... and that was after using the stoeger discount code... I hate being so gullible...
