If you use a certain drill to consistently track your practice / progress, which one do you use? More importantly, why?
For example, Stubb shot Distance Changeup at [nearly] every practice session last year.
I'm planning on using the same drill this year in the same manner. I want to emphasize good grip and the ability to change gears effectively, cold and on demand. It's also very simple to set up, and doesn't require much ammo. I can set it up, run it, and get on with the rest of my training in very little time.
