Welp....I finally did it. Had my first ND while manually dropping the hammer on my Shadow 2 before  re holstering on a practice session. Note to self: Don't have an empty magazine between the same thumb and forefinger that you use to drop the hammer. That is all..........carry on with your day........

That’s why the P226 is a superior design.

226 is dumb. Everyone knows the new LTT Elite is the heat.

Ernest Langdon is making beretta great again.

my co-workers carry 226's on duty. If they would only lower the bore axis like a real gun it would be less annoying.

Bore axis isn’t as big of a thing as it’s made out to be.

Yeah, pay attention and all that, blah, blah...

What I really want to know is how much did the slide fuck up your thumb and did any involuntary body functions occur?

Glock!

(I am assuming that we are talking about good paperweights...)

FYI - This is supposed to be a link to youtube clip of a snickers commercial to better explain my screen name. Apparently, my attitude can get abrasive when I'm hungry and you're stupid.

Yeah, and size doesn't matter.

Unless otherwise noted, expect that all my posting here is in true Doodie fashion.  If my post somehow upsets your sensibilities, well...there ya go.

Nothing really. It was a practice (kind of a league night) on a hot range. Dropped a fresh round and magazine in and reholstered. No problem. Gun was safely pointed down range and that was about it.

Bore axis really isn't all that.

Funny, most people that get wrapped around the axle about bore axis, shoot 1911's...that have near similar bore axis

Ahhh, the irony
