"Maintain a steady path of cost effective ammunition."

Sounds legit. Should probably lay off the double taps.

Bout time everyone voted with their dollar and got tired of their inconsistent shit

Been brewing for a long time. The shoe finally dropped.

The ammo was inconsistent as hell. Even their match ammo.

And for a long time, stepped 9mm brass. They deserve hell just for that.

Visual sort to the trash headstamp list:

1. Cyrillic lettering

2. CBC

3. FM

My last 2 bulk orders from Xtreme took a long time to ship. The second order I actually called and the bullets shipped 2 days later. Made me think that they might have been running the bullets to order in batches.

Visual sort to the trash headstamp list:

1. MAXXTECH

2. Cyrillic lettering, Triangles

3. CBC

4. FM or IWI or AMMOLOAD (all variations of stepped brass, from memory)

FIFY

It all loads, except for the MAXXTECH which is so severely stepped that a standard load appears to be a double charge.

CBC = Works but high rate of case gauge failures.

There is some Chinese soft brass I've seen in the past that is so soft that it is not really reloadable.

So you are saying that 50% of the "once" fired brass from Elite Reloading is no good?

Guess now I know. Not surprised. Had started pitching it cause it failed to gauge a lot anyway.

Another excellent example of a head stamp with a higher than usual number of case gauge failures.

The only acceptable solution is to sort all 9mm brass by headstamp.

A lot of people love Xtremes down here.

I really wanted to love their 158gn RNFP for my Standard gun (CZ in .357 Sig). The profile is perfect the CZ. One batch was excellent. The next tumbled horribly. Turns out that’s a “feature”.

Back to Frontiers for me
